6:30-8:45 PM This will be a fast paced workshop with lots of sword development in Ruric Amari's distinct style. We will work on balance on Hand, Shoulder, Foot, and Head. Exploring each point of balance with a variety of movements, turns, and level changes. We will focus on flow of movement with the sword and how to transfer the sword elegantly from one area of the body to another.
