Wednesdays, April 12th - May 17th, 2023
6-7 PM Emergence is a NEW series that will use movement with veils, deepening musical awareness, and a touch of madness to bring forth your dance practice and passion. We will create suppleness of movement with various drills including traveling steps, hip and arm articulations, level changes, and turns. We will also explore how our personalities and energies change our dance practice and staging. Each class will include a warm-up and cool down. Props and hip scarves are available to borrow or buy. Comfortable clothes recommended and shoes if you have sensitive feet.
Limit to 10 dancers per class. Drop in will only be available if we don't sell out. Limited to 10 students. Pay for the full course to reserve spot.
